Saturday, doors open at 8:00, 2 3 & 4 hands are being changed to 8:45 on Saturday ONLY. All other grade comps begin at 9:15 am
Sunday, Doors open at 7:00 am, ceilis start at 8:00 am, all solos begin at 8:30 am.
ALL DANCER CARDS ARE TO BE PICKED UP ON FEIS DAY..THEY WILL NOT BE EMAILED
ALL dancers need to report to the 8th Floor for check in and to receive your 1 paid gate entry and your dancer card. If you need additional gate entry, they will be on sale here. You will not be able to enter the floors without the wristbands provided for the day.
Please allow some additional time for this process and for you to get to the appropriate floor that you need. The schedules have been created so that all dance levels for a particular age group are located on the same stage, therefore, eliminating the need to run to another stage. This is especially beneficial to those dancers who cross levels. All specials for the same age groups are also located on the same stage. If there are any that may be on another stage, sorry we did the best that we could.
You are able to use the stair cases for entry to each floor. Of course, there are the elevators, but let's try to keep them open for those who especially need them.
Floor plans will be on the website by tomorrow.
ALL VENDORS and AWARDS will be located on the 8th floor.
Please DO NOT allow your dancer to change in the hallways. They should not be walking around in their panties also. This is a public hotel. There are 2 Dressing/Changing Rooms Located on the 4th floor. Room 4.05 for Girls and Room 4.04 for Boys. There are security cameras throughout the entire hotel. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

All First, Second And Third Place Open Dancers Girls and Boys are invited to the show on Sunday evening at 6:30 pm for a Parade of Champions and to be presented with a Sponsored Gift voucher from Elevation Design.
The Big Apple Feis Dance off will take place at this time as well.
The $250 and $500 Sponsorship Awards will be presented as well by Loretha Theile for the Following Competitions
